JustUs Communications provide professional mobile Notary Public signing services to title companies and signing agencies serving the state of New Jersey.

All closing documents are kept under our personal control or lock and key before and during the appointment, and until delivering them via secure means to a reliable delivery service.

We perform each assignment in a timely manner, and timely return all expected documents, duly executed, to the contracting company or closing agent for the transaction according to the requirements of the lender.

We comply with all standards set forth in The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility as adopted and amended by the National Notary Association.

Service Fees and Payment 

Fee Schedule and Service Area

-Notary Fee – $2.50 per each notary stamp (plus travel fee)
-E-Notary Fee – $25 per each e-notary stamp (plus an additional fee per person signing
for identity verification and validation services).

Real Estate Document Signing Fees:  Signing fees start at $150 – 1st set of loan documents – HELOC’s, VA Loans, Sellers, Purchases, Refinance, and Reverse Mortgage packages, etc.

Travel Fee

Up to 15 miles – $35
16 up to 30 miles – $40
31 p to 50 miles – $45
Over 51 miles – $50
Actual expense for any metered parking fee, garage parking fee, or toll will be added to
the final bill

Scanning and Printing Fees

-If required to scan an print documents in preparation for a general Notary appointment,
add $0.25 cents per page with a $4.00 minimum
-Scanning files to PDF – $0.75 per page with a $3.00 minimum
-Faxing $1.00 per page (includes delivery confirmation) with a $3.00 minimum
-Shipping services (when billed to your shipper account) adds a $10 travel surcharge
-Shipping services (when not billed to your shipper account) add $10 travel surcharge
PLUS the actual postage or cost per designated carrier.

Other Fees

-Line item copy of Notary Journal entry (provided electronically) – $1.50 per page
-Waiting time: (Begins 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time) – $1.50 per
minute up to 45 minutes.
-Late night appointment (after 8pm) Add a $20 surcharge
-Rush appointment (appointments with less than 15 minutes prior notice) – Add $10
surcharge
-Cancellation: If an appointment is canceled with at least 15 minutes notice there will be
no charge. If appointment is canceled after the Notary has arrived at the designated
meeting place, the customer will be responsible for travel charges to be paid in cash.

Payments

-We accept cash, as well as debit card, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
($4.95 service fee). Payment is due when services are provided.
